The useful clue in 450-9596 is the EMCP 4.2 designation. This is listed as a CAT generator control display. Another EMCP panel can have a nearly familiar face and still be a different item.
Keep the version with the part number
When you request a quotation, send the old label and the generator-set information together. Add a clear photo of the EMCP mark if it is printed on the panel or in the equipment record. Do not change 4.2 to another version because the screen looks close.
The rear view matters too. Show the plug, latch, cable direction and panel fixing points. The front view should include the screen and every control button, not only the glass area.
Before a match is accepted
The label should read 450-9596, the EMCP version should agree, and the connector and housing should look like the old unit. If one part of the record is missing, mark it as unconfirmed in the enquiry. That is safer than treating a similar panel as a direct replacement.
