Cummins 5317106 is listed as an engine control module. Quote this number in your enquiry and attach the label image it came from. That gives the supplier a way to check the transcription rather than working from a typed number alone.
Ask about the condition of the specific unit available. New, used and reconditioned are different descriptions; a product page photograph should not be taken as confirmation of the item you will receive.
Request current photographs before approval if the offered unit differs from the listing image. Clarify what is included and leave unresolved condition or identification questions open until the supplier answers them.
For the application check, provide engine identification and the old connector view. Discuss delivery quantity and destination against the confirmed 5317106 offer. See other Cummins modules for separate part searches, not an automatic replacement choice.
